KIRSH Helmets Return Policy
Any items purchased on or after November 1st have an extended return window through January 31st of the following year.
- Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.
- Once your return is received and inspected by KIRSH Helmets (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2–10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our warehouse.
- Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Contact a customer service representative if you are unsure of sizing or application for any items prior to placing your order, and we will be happy to help you narrow it down!
- See below for instructions on where/how to get your return order back to us. All returns need a RA (Return Authorization) number and must be returned to KIRSH Helmets warehouse.
Any merchandise or parts that show signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc.) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

Hours of operation are between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., ET, Monday through Friday.
Outside of those hours, you can leave a message at 855-505-4774, and we will return your call on the next regular business day.
RETURN PROCESS
Returns must be brought/sent back to the original point of purchase along with a purchase receipt/invoice. Please note that KIRSH retail partners maintain their own return policies, which may vary from KIRSH Helmets’ itself. Please contact your original point of purchase for details.

KIRSH Helmets is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. You will receive a confirmation email from KIRSH Helmets Customer Service Team when your return is processed that will include the full details of refund credited.
